While the Improv is at home in the most rugged park settings, on mountainside hikes and  at the beach, one of the best things about this special needs jogger is the fact that you needn’t swap it for a conventional indoor stroller when it comes time to visit school, therapy or the shopping mall. Thanks to innovative thinking and design that’s laced with love, the Improv excels at both indoor and outdoor use.

The Axiom Improv’s large, fixed front wheel is designed to overcome even the most challenging off-road obstacles but the all-terrain wheel can easily be replaced with an optional swivel kit, complete with two smaller swivel wheels that not only master tight, indoor maneuvers but also significantly shorten the length profile of the push chair. Handling is also enhanced by a hand brake for instant standstill and individual rear wheel brakes for tricky twists and turns. A height adjustable handle means that the stature of the carer won’t affect handling whatsoever.

Of course, the comfort, support and safety of the special needs occupant comes first and that begins with an adjustable 30 degree incline on the seat. Beyond that, safety wrist straps, as well as individual, recessed footrests with sideboards and feet straps will ensure security even when flying along the path at a brisk jog. As you make your way along that jogging trail, the rotating sun canopy with viewing port will ensure that your occupant is well shaded, no matter your heading.

The Axiom Improv comes in 2  color combinations, red and grey or navy and grey, and the seat and seat back are fully removable and machine washable, for any spills and dirt build-up that might occur. The under-seat basket is also machine washable, should any spills happen. The seating area is lined with breathable wicking fabric and the fabric is Denier-Phthalate-free Polyester, with reflective trimming for safety in the evenings.
